All recipes are based on a Vegan-AIP diet. The only exception are the recipes containing rice protein powder and rice milk (optional). Since rice is the only food that I've manage to successfully introduced, and which is also safe to eat according to Kharrazian (2010). However I don't eat rice, I just occasionally use the protein powder as healthy vegan source of protein. Nevertheless, I recommend you to stick to the Vegan-AIP guidelines at least for six weeks.
